These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the huan365 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers on huan365.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.

Collusion, fraud, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Access to and use of the huan365 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming law. By registering on huan365, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. huan365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
To access real-money gaming on huan365, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid email address or Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
Each individual may register and maintain only one huan365 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. huan365 may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
huan365 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a driver's licence, passport, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
huan365 is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws. huan365 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your huan365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. huan365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify huan365 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. huan365 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
All activity conducted through your huan365 account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. huan365 is entitled to treat all instructions received through your account as having been authorised by you.
huan365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. huan365 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. huan365 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval for standard amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. huan365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on huan365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. huan365 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
huan365 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
huan365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other fraudulent means — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account suspension.
All games available on the huan365 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on huan365 servers, the server record shall be definitive.
huan365 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live dealer interface. huan365 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.

huan365 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of this section, with or without prior notice.
All content on the huan365 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of huan365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the huan365 Platform without prior written consent from huan365.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, huan365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
huan365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. huan365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than a breach by you, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon account closure.
You may close your huan365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
huan365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the huan365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
